Basic cream cheese icing

(Enough for 12 cupcakes)

  • 120 g (130 ml) soft butter
  • 240 g (460 ml) icing sugar, sifted
  • 1 container (230 g) cream cheese

Place butter in the bowl of an electric mixter and whisk about 5 to 8 minutes until light and creamy. Add icing sugar and cream cheese. Mix well. Use to decorate cooled cupcakes.
