It’s important to use quality chocolate, like the kind with a cocoa content of 70%.

- 180 g (500 ml) oats
- 100 g almonds, roughly chopped
- 100 g pistachio nuts
- 30 ml brown sugar
- 180 ml maple sugar
- 100 g 70% dark chocolate, finely chopped
- 500 ml Greek yoghurt
- 1 large papaya, peeled and seeds removed
- warm honey for serving
Heat oven to 180˚C. In a medium-sized mixing bowl, mix together oats, almonds, pistachio nuts, sugar, syrup and chocolate. Spread on a baking tray and grill for about 15 to 20 minutes, or until the muesli has a sticky appearance. Leave to cool. Divide yoghurt between bowls and serve with muesli and papaya. Top with warm honey.
HINT: Make the muesli as a present for a friend. Put it in pretty glass bottles.
