- 500 ml olive oil
- 15 ml wholegrain mustard
- juice of 2 lemons
- 4 sprigs of rosemary
- 3 cloves of garlic, crushed
- salt and freshly ground black pepper
Combine all ingredients, mix well.
Keep the sprigs of rosemary whole to impart a delicate flavour, or if you prefer a sharper rosemary tast, chop them up.
