S’mores – marshmallow and chocolate cookies

18 s’mores

  • 36 Marie biscuits (1 roll will do)
  • 18 white marshmallows
  • 100 g milk chocolate

Step 1

Preheat oven to 200 °C. Line baking tray with baking paper. Put 18 Marie biscuits on it, with a marshmallow on top of each one. Melt chocolate over a pot of boiling water or at low temperature in the microwave oven. Put baking tray in the oven for exactly 2 minutes.

 Step 2

Spoon a teaspoonful of melted chocolate on top of every biscuit’s marshmallow.

 Step 3

Carefully squish another Marie biscuit on top of each one. Allow to cool before eating, because the marshmallows get really hot.
