makes 1 quasadilla
- 2 tortillas
- 30 ml white chocolate spread
Heat tortillas according to instructions on pack. Allow to cool a little, spread one with chocolate spread and cover with the other tortilla. Heat a griddle pan and carefully put quasadilla on it. Cook on one side for about 3 minutes, turn over and do the same for the other side. Take out of pan and quarter. If you can’t find chocolate spread, use about 50 g of white chocolate, grated, for each quasadilla. Cook a little longer so the chocolate can melt. You can also use milk or dark chocolate.
Try a white port. Axe Hill, Boplaas and De Krans all make good ones.
