Rooibos tea drink

Enjoy this as a refresher before dinner.
(Serves 4)
- 5 rooibos teabags
- 1,3 litre boiling water
- 100 g (125 ml) sugar
- 3 green apples, quartered
- Handful fresh mint leaves
- 3 whole sticks of celery
- 2 lemons, quartered
- Ice
Let the teabags steep in the just-boiled water for 5 minutes. Add sugar and stir well. Let cool. Pour tea in a large jug and add apple quarters, mint, celery, lemon quarters and ice.
