Ruby grapefruit and mint martini

(serves 1)
- 5 fresh mint leaves
- 12,5 ml runny honey
- 30 ml ruby grapefruit juice
- 30 ml vodka
- 10 ml lime juice
Muddle, shake and strain. Pour into martini glass and garnish with grapefruit zest.
