(Serves 4 - 6 as a snack)

Cut 1 English cucumber into slices of about 1 cm. Break up 200 g smoked trout into bits and put some on every cucumber slice. Combine 100 ml mayonnaise and 5 ml wasabi paste. Spoon some on top of each slice and garnish with fresh rocket.
