If you don't like papaya, you can replace it with melon.

(4 portions)

  • 1 large papaya
  • 280 g serrano or parma ham
  • handful of fresh rocket
  • freshly ground black pepper to taste
  • 1 lemon, cut into wedges

Peel and seed papaya. Cut into large pieces. Arrange on serving plate and top with ahm. Sprinkle with fresh rocket and season with salt and black pepper. Serve with fresh lemon.
