Healthy sandwich

A good idea for lunch at the office.
Makes 1 sandwich
- 30 ml smooth low-fat cottage cheese
- 2 slices 100% rye bread
- about 6 thin slices of cucumber
- 1 carrot, grated
- a few pea shoots
Spread cottage cheese on a slice of rye bread. Top with cucumber and grated carrot. Add pea shoots and cover with second slice of bread.
