Piña colada

(about 500 ml)

  • 300 g pineapple, cut into chunks
  • 2 kiwi fruit, peeled and cut into chunks
  • 100 ml pineapple juice
  • 200 ml coconut milk
  • 30 ml Malibu-liqueur (optional)
  • 4 ice cubes
  • pineapple and kiwi fruit cubes, to decorate

Put all the ingredients in your smoothie maker and blitz until smooth. Pour into glasses and stack the fruit cubes on top.
