Antipasti with crostini

(serves 4)

  • 10 minutes
  • 1 baguette, sliced
  • about 30 ml olive oil
  • 1 whole clove of garlic

Buy these antipasti

  • about 10 slices of salami
  • 1 pot (200 g) taramasalata
  • 1 pot (200 g) tzatziki
  • pickled onions
  • 250 g feta
  • 8 dolmades
  • 100 g black olives

Heat the grill of your oven. Put the baguette slices on a baking tray and sprinkle with the olive oil. Grill on both sides until golden brown. Rub each slice with the garlic. Arrange the antipasti on a platter and serve with the crostini.
