Meatballs filled with hard-boiled eggs

(5 meatballs)

  • 500 g pork mince
  • 40 ml cornflour
  • 40 ml soy sauce
  • 4 spring onions, chopped
  • salt and freshly ground black pepper to taste
  • 5 hard-boiled eggs
  • about 30 ml olive oil

Preheat your oven to 180 °C. Mix the mince, cornflour, soy sauce and spring onions. Season with salt and pepper. Cover each hard-boiled egg with the mince mixture. Refrigerate for 30 minutes. Pour the olive oil into an oven dish and put the meatballs in the oil. Roast for 30 – 35 minutes. Remove and allow to cool.
