Preheat oven to 200 °C. Use 250 g stoned prunes and 100 g of blanched almonds. Put an almond in each prune. Cut 250 g of streaky bacon into shorter bits. Wrap each prune in bacon, secure with a toothpick and arrange on a baking tray. Roast until bacon is cooked through and crisp.
