Chicken kebabs

(Serves 4 ­- 6)

  • 10 long, thin sosatie sticks
  • 750 g deboned chicken thighs, skin removed
  • 250 ml All Gold BBQ Sauce

Preheat oven to 180 °C. Halve 10 sosatie sticks. Cut thighs into 3 cm chunks. String 3 onto every stick. Put in a roasting dish and pour over the All Gold BBQ Sauce. All the chicken must be covered. Cover dish with tin foil, roast for about 15 minutes and remove foil. Roast for another 15 minutes.
