Spanish chicken

(4 portions)

1. 30 ml olive oil
2. 1 onion, finely chopped
3. 2 cloves of garlic, finely chopped
4. 4 deboned, skinless chicken breasts, cut into pieces
5. 1 tin (400 g) cherry tomatoes
6. 4 chorizo sausages (Spanish sausages), sliced

salt and freshly ground black pepper

Heat oven to 180°C. Heat olive oil in an oven saucepan. Fry onion, garlic and chicken for about 10 minutes. Add tomatoes and chorizo. Season with salt and pepper. Put lid on saucepan and leave in hot oven for about 1 hour.

EXTRA: Add 100 g stoned black olives for more flavour.
