Apple and walnut salad

(Serves 4)

  • 4 red apples
  • Juice of 1 lemon
  • 120 ml mayonnaise
  • 15 ml Dijon mustard
  • 4 sticks of celery, cut into large chunks
  • 100 g whole walnuts
  • 60 g watercress, torn

Cut apples into wedges and pour lemon juice over. Combine mayonnaise and mustard. Mix all the ingredients with the mustard mayonnaise. Serve with bread of your choice.
