Red and green cabbage salad

  • ½ red cabbage, finely sliced
  • 1 red bell pepper, finely sliced
  • 6 spring onions, chopped
  • ½ green cabbage, finely sliced
  • 250 ml roast almonds
  • 250 ml sunflower seeds

Dressing

  • 125 ml honey
  • 10 ml fresh ginger, grated
  • 2 cloves of garlic, crushed
  • 125 ml soy sauce
  • 45 ml balsamic vinegar
  • 125 ml sunflower oil
  • 10 ml sesame oil

Combine all the salad ingredients in a large bowl. Mix the dressing’s ingredients and pour over the salad. Mix well and serve.
