Healthy sandwich

A good idea for lunch at the office.

Makes 1 sandwich

  • 30 ml smooth low-fat cottage cheese
  • 2 slices 100% rye bread
  • about 6 thin slices of cucumber
  • 1 carrot, grated
  • a few pea shoots

Spread cottage cheese on a slice of rye bread. Top with cucumber and grated carrot. Add pea shoots and cover with second slice of bread.
